How much does the service cost?

Pixpa websites come with honest, transparent pricing plans. We offer both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Pixpa yearly subscriptions give you a nice discount over our monthly subscriptions. See here for details.

Is there a setup fees?

There is no setup fees. All you need to pay for is the monthly or yearly subscription that suits you.

Are there any long-term contracts or cancellation fees?

No. You can cancel at any time. There are no refunds for monthly subscriptions. We offer pro-rata refunds on yearly subscriptions.

How much time does it take to build my website and go live?

Your Pixpa website is deployed instantly when you signup for a free trial. You can upload content right way and Go Live by connecting your domain name in under a day.

Is my data secure. Are the websites backed up?

Your data is secure with Pixpa. We take a backup of all Pixpa websites every night at a different location then our servers.

Hosting, Domain and Emails

Can I connect my website with my own personal domain name?

Yes. Absolutely. Once you are ready, you can easily connect your domain name with your website. See this article.

How can I get a domain name for my website?

We do not provide domain registration. You can buy your domain name from any registrar company. We recommend godaddy.com for purchasing domain names. We do provide provide hosting and email, so you do not have to purchase these services from elsewhere.

Can I host my website on my own?

Our websites are required to be hosted on our web servers. Our hosting infrastructure is fast and reliable and leverages a global content delivery network to deliver your website at blazing fast speed. Your websites also leverage our application architecture and resources on our servers. Hosting cost is inclusive in the Pixpa pricing plans.

Does Pixpa enables me to have an email address that's the same as my domain name?

Pixpa doesn't manage your emails.
We can assist you to use Google Apps, Outlook.com or any other email provider for your domain based email.

How can I connect to or include a blog with my website?

You can also embed a blog in your website or connect with it through an external link.

What are design options available in Pixpa?

Pixpa comes with several beautifully crafted preset designs. You can choose any of these designs for your website. You can switch and chnage your design anytime. You can also customise the designs and create your own unique, personalized design.

Can I switch between designs? Is there any cost involved?

Yes, you can switch between designs. You can switch as much as you like anytime even after going live. All designs are available to you and are included within your plan.

Can I customise my website designs by changing fonts, colours etc.?

Yes you can easily customise Pixpa's pre-set design or create your own design. You can also create multiple design stles and apply them on defferent pre-set designs.

Can I add my logo?

Yes, you can add your logo or chose from our extensive font selections.

Does Pixpa customize their sites to specific clients requests?

We are not taking customization requests at this time. Pixpa websites are completely customisable by the users easily. You have full creative control and can easily 'customize' the site by changing colors, changing fonts, adding your logo etc.

Do you have a client area?

Yes, you can create password protected galleries and share them with your clients. Clients can select images and comment on them The client access galleries are also ecommerce enabled. This comes standard with all our sites and doesn't require add-on software.

Do Pixpa websites work on the iPhone / iPad / Mobile devices?

Yes, all our sites have a custom designed iPhone / iPad / Mobile devices mirror websites for optimum presentation.

Are the sites SEO-friendly?

Pixpa mirror HTML websites are designed on HTML5/CSS3 and advanced javascript framework and are very search engine friendly. You control all the meta data of your website (page title, keywords and descriptions), the more you write - the more google knows about you.
