Pixpa enables you to create three types of discount coupons:

1. Percentage Discount: This enables you to apply a percentage-based discount on the cart subtotal (total price of products in the cart).
2. Flat Amount Discount: This allows you to create a discount code that reduces the cart total by a fixed amount. Note that a fixed amount discount cannot be more than the cart subtotal (total price of products in the cart).
3. Free Shipping Discount: This allows you to create a discount coupon that removes the shipping charges from the cart. 

Pixpa gives you the option to set up several shipping rates in your website store so your customers can choose from a range of delivery speeds and costs.

You will be setting up your shipping rates which will get calculated at checkout depending on the Shipping Region and shipping rates specified. 

A Shipping Region is a set of country-based shipping rates that will be applied to each order. Based on the country and state, the shipping rates can be altered. With these shipping options, you can specify the shipping rates based on: 

1. Total order value, 
2. Order weight, 
3. Rate per item, 
4. free shipping, 
5. number of items in the order, and 
6. store pick-up.

Inventory is the quantity of a particular product (Physical, Digital, or Service) that is available for sale in your Pixpa store. Inventory management is the process of managing the quantity of the products. 

Based on the product availability (with you), you can change the quantity of a product. 

You can set inventory for products and their variants. Get a low on stock warning. Decide how you want to handle out-of-stock products. 

Sell digital products and deliver download links when an order is received. Upload up to a 2 GB file for your digital product. You can upload your digital assets (sound, images, audio, zip file, etc) up to a size of 2 GB. To upload more than one file, zip them and upload. 

Supported file formats are jpg, pdf and zip files. You can also add other file formats in a zip file like rar, psd, tiff, ai, eps, psd, mp4, mp4v, mpg4, mpg, mpeg, avi, swf, mp3, wav, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, and pptx. You can also add your external file link to share it link with your buyers/users. Customers can directly download the digital assets from the order success page. 

Product options let you set up options with different prices for a single product. You have the option to add multiple levels of variants. 

For instance, a T-shirt can have product options based on size (S, M, L, XL) or a print can have product options based on sizes (12×12, 20×20, 30×30 inches). Each option/variant can have a different price if required.

Product options can be created when you create a product or edit any existing product. The maximum number of images and variants that can be added to a product is 200. The product options you created will show up as dropdown/radio buttons/tabs on the product page.

Visitors can select the option they want to buy from the available options. The selected option price will be applied to the product and shown to your customer. 

Not everybody who adds something to a cart makes it all the way through to purchase a product. When a potential customer provides their contact information but doesn’t complete the order, we store that as an abandoned cart.

It is critical to target these abandoned carts to boost sales.

The best way to recover abandoned carts is to set up an automatic email reminder for customers, asking them to return and complete their orders. You can send a direct checkout link to make it easy for them to return. You can set the interval as well. 

Pixpa enables you to enable search on your website. This shows up as a search icon or search box on your website which lets site visitors search for any content in:

1. Products (if you have a Store enabled on your website)

Pixpa allows you to create tax rates for all the countries and states/regions (for the US and Canada only).
You can apply the tax inclusive or exclusive of the product price. You can also specify whether the tax applies to digital downloads/services or not. 

Add up to 200 product images to show your product in all its glory. Drag and drop product images to sequence them and choose the default image for your product. 

Ideally, images should be JPEGs, PNGs, or GIFs and around 1000 pixels in width. 

Info sections are useful to show more content in addition to the product description. Each info section can be applied to multiple products in one go.

They can be added to multiple products through bulk actions. You can add any text content, or insert images/videos/table/code into them.
